CAD is offered as an option when the scale of the project is relatively large or extensive changes are anticipated during the occupancy of the premises. CAD workstations are in full operation running Auto cad Software. The CAD operator sits within the project team during the implementation of the design or documentation.
2. Interior Design
The Company offers a complete interior design service for new projects and refurbishment work. Having established the brief, budget and the appropriate planning option, detailed layout are prepared indicating all rooms loose furniture and built-in fixtures, fitting and equipment. Initial space planning or budgeting questions can be quickly answered by our team to assist with the early planning or new interior fit-out.
The interior design team combines skill and experience in design, documentation, construction implementation and cost planning. Other services include corporate identity and concept design, needs analysis, space planning, furniture design and facilities management.
3. Interior Contracting
The Company has the capacity to construct interior design. This services will conduct such an ideal cooperation with our interior designer to absorb and realize the design accordingly – implementing a thorough construction work, carefully into details.
4. Project Management

It offers a total package of expert services from sourcing, purchasing, site works, to manufacturing, installation and coordination of sub-trades.

Our company utilizes computer aided time scheduling such as Microsoft Project Planner to facilitate effective monitoring of the project and determination of appropriate timings and coordination of activities.
